Here are the following classes we offer at Miss Stacey's School Of Dance and Theatre

 

Acrobatic Arts Dance

Acro dance is a form that includes acrobatic movements. The gymnastic technique that acrobatic dancers can incorporate into a dance routine include handstands, cartwheels, and handsprings.

Ballet 

Ballet is the core subject in dance. It encourages strength, discipline, flexibility and good posture. In class we work towards shows and I.D.T.A examinations.

Our twinkly toes ballet is a great way to introduce the great benefits of ballet to younger children, we also work towards exams and shows. We have lots of fun using props such as scarves and wands.

                                                       

​Street Dance

Street dance is great fun and a very popular class. We learn dance routines to popular chart music whilst the students develop their own style.

 

​Musical Theatre
In Musical Theatre we cover drama, singing and dance. Working towards shows such as Annie and Matilda the Musical.

 

Cheerleading

In Cheerleading we work towards flexibility and dancing with poms, we also work towards stunts. Cheerleading is very popular and great for team work.

 

Tap

Tap dance is great for co ordination, balance, rhythm.

​Exams and Shows

We have 100% I.D.T.A exam pass rate. Exams are great for students to develop confidence and a sense of achievement.

Miss Stacey's School Of Dance think it is very important for students to experience working towards an annual show to showcase to family and friends what we have been working towards.
